I like Ark of Sweden. It’s very strong and opens up the sinuses. Once you swallow, it opens the lungs and it gives that Wow effect.
I received only 3 bottles,and i pay 4,then i sent you e mail,on which you didn't even respond,so i need to ask you now,are you gonna refund for one bottle,or you will send me another one? You seemd to be not verry resposible company,and i will give you bad review everywhere.
The menthol is very strong. Clears out my sinuses instantly. But it's too strong for me. I can't use it.
I njoyed the immediate impact felt. Taking those deep breaths adds to effect. I also add to my green juice for a little punch. I found it surprisingly effective even in liquid I just double the dose for 16 oz drink.
I bought some ARK DROPS because I occasionally need to clear my head. I am 74 years old and I experience a long day and nights that are in contrast very short. The combination means that I will often fall asleep in a chair. This is not ideal, as that means I have difficulty in sleeping. Just as I thought ARK DROPS gives me the clear head I need to get up out of the chair and do something positive. I take an early morning walk after doing my nine minutes of Tai Chi walking. I then have the only cup of coffee of the day. In the evening I experience ARK DROPS and go for a walk. I sleep like a baby every night.
The breathing part is very nice I don’t feel any focus or clarity difference.

I'd like to buy a lot more, but it's incredibly expensive for me. But I'm very happy with the product.

I will be honest I expect that's makes pleasure but actually only pleasure you can fell if you are exercising. Is really good for that.
