It does what it says, no joke really. However, you only need to use 1 drop per day, which is more than enough. I love these drops so much! They really help wake me up when I'm not wanting something with a ton of caffeine. I love the strong minty taste and it doesn't taste synthetic which is a huge plus. It also helps with nausea and headaches for me. My husband likes it too!
