30-Day Returns — No Stress, No Questions

We get it — sometimes things just don’t click.

That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase (not delivery).
If something isn’t right for you, you can send it back — simple as that.

  • You can return products even if they’ve been opened or used
  • No complicated questions — just a smooth, honest process
  • We’ll refund you once the items are back with us

A Quick Note About ARK Bars 🍫

Due to the nature of the product — chocolate, temperature sensitivity, and international shipping conditionsARK Bars are not eligible for returns.

This applies to both opened and unopened products.


IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU RETURN

Just a few simple things to keep everything smooth:

  • Returns must be registered via email before shipping
  • You must ship the items yourself using a tracked shipping method
  • Parcels must be declared with 0 value
    • If any customs charges occur, they will be deducted from your refund
  • If your order had free shipping, we will deduct 15% of the order value to cover logistics costs
    (Shipping isn’t actually free on our side — we just cover it for you upfront)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Step 1 — Email Us

Send an email to order@arkofsweden.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Products you’re returning (with quantity)
  • Reason for return
  • Country you’re shipping from

Step 2 — Wait for Confirmation

We’ll quickly confirm your return and guide you if anything else is needed.


Step 3 — Prepare Your Parcel

Inside your package, include a note with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address

Step 4 — Ship & Share Tracking

  • Ship your parcel using a tracked service
  • Email us your tracking number and the date it was shipped

👉 Tracking is essential — without it, we may not be able to locate your return


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued once we receive your return
  • We process refunds immediately after inspection
  • It may take up to 14 days for the money to appear (depending on your bank)

Refunds are always sent to the same payment method used for purchase


WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED

  • We refund the product value
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

If applicable:

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer
  • Customs charges (if any) are deducted
  • 15% logistics fee applies if your original order had free shipping

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns requested after 30 days from purchase cannot be accepted
  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided:
    • If marked as delivered → no refund
    • If returned → return costs will be deducted
  • Orders with more than 10 items or intended for resale are not eligible for return
