Few weeks ago, i ordered Ark melts - both regular and extra strong along with drops. I am using drops when i need some small Kick while working in office, feeling tired or just bored? just few of them and and i am on track again. But what really boost me - it is extra strong melts - using in gym, be4 workout, wow, feels good, have much more energy. Easy to use, just put it in my mouth and voila!

I use it before swimming to improve breathing or after to clear a stuffy nose. It works well in both situations.

At first, the minty flavor was overwhelming. But the strong sensation grew on us and we are now enjoying the refreshing taste and the feeling it leaves after a few drops. I would definitely get it again and try the other lemon flavor!
