I recently purchased both Ark chocolate bars and drops with the melts. Starting with the chocolate. It's very intense. It's my first experience with such pure cacao. Strong flavor. I sip a cup of my favorite coffee when I eat them and I've found that it's a very nice way to eat them. They compliment each other well. The benefits I've noticed are quite positive. I'm finding that when I eat both kinds my appetite is surprest and I don't find myself grabbing unhealthy snacks. It's helping me with my portion control and giving me sustained energy. When I do feel a lull throughout the day I turn to a melt instead of another cup of coffee. Sometimes I do the melt and the drops or either or and I noticed I don't go for another cup of coffee. I have more sustained focus and clarity. I do find the price to be high. I do wish they were more affordable bc I'd like the continued benefits but can't always afford it. Besides that I'm very happy with the product and will continue to use it as much as I can.

You definitely get a very clear sensation in your head, however it lasts seconds and then disappears. I do find them effective just before work outs as they help me with the initial focus

Very efficient and helps refocus (work, drive…) gives a nice boost

Was unsure at first but after a few days I feel more energy . I am an motorcycle instructor and I often walk around a lot . Everyday before to work I took the Ark Drop and afternoon I took the melts . It helps my breathing a lot . I will buy again and would love to try the lemon flavour and the cocoa snack pack
