Love it, such a powerful energizer. I bring it to festival, before breathwork and before the gym.

You definitely get a very clear sensation in your head, however it lasts seconds and then disappears. I do find them effective just before work outs as they help me with the initial focus

Was unsure at first but after a few days I feel more energy . I am an motorcycle instructor and I often walk around a lot .
