After just a few days of use, you can feel the power, better recovery, and more energy. But I don't recommend taking it when you're sleep-deprived, because your body sometimes can't keep up.

Have been using ARK Melts for over 6 month and it really works, not like other brands I've tried. I have no crash, but instant energy lift. One melt helps to focus after lunch on work for an other 3-4 hours easy. Depending on what you eat, could be more. Now trying out the chocolates as well. Good products so far and will stick to the company as long as possible. Thank you!
I've used the drops for a while now and recently bought the lemon flavour, also great! I totally love the ARK melts, and the chocolate for a treat in the morning, a hot chocolate lift, everyone should have.

I do appreciate the fact that this product is an excellent thing to use right before bed.To clear your sinuses and be able to lay down and breathe through your nose... I also appreciate the fact that the product doesn't get used up quickly. It's a good lasting product.
I like Lemon Ice but honestly I prefer the original version better
