I have tried taking them in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night, always in the recommended dose, but apart from the freshness in the mouth they give, I haven’t noticed anything different.

I find ARK drops interesting. Strong and certainly wakes one up and opens the airways. But going as far as focus… I’m not sure it helps with anything other than opening the airways.

As I tried Ark Drops on my own and using everyday dose of 0.5ml, it gives freshness and some kind of instant boost, however it doesn’t last long and effect is more instant than lasting.Generally, not a bad product

Wow…. First time I’ve d see slept good in years. I have sleep apnea and I used half the recommended dose to sleep. Helps a lot with the machine , helps me breathe better.
