I tried Ark Drops a year ago and wile I found them to be very effective as a pre-workout supplement, they were quite pricey. Since then I have tried several other alternatives but none were as effective as Ark Drops were. So I ordered a four pack to save some money and hope that over time the price might come down. Unfortunately now the U.S. is acting badly with tariffs which will only make Ark more expensive.

ARK Of Sweden nose bridges were recommended to me by my son and given as a gift. They work perfectly, and since the starter pack included four magnetic dilators sizes, the whole family is now using them.
Until now, I didn't think I had trouble breathing through my nose at night, but after using the product, I realized it is actually possible to breathe more comfortably and sleep through the night without waking up.
The strips don’t come off—on the contrary, they’re actually hard to remove. Due to very sensitive skin on my nose (after a sunburn), I trim each strip by about 1.5–2 mm on three sides, yet they still stay firmly in place.
I suggest considering offering a smaller size of the strips for people with sensitive skin on their noses, and including a second magnetic rod for application in the set, since it’s a small item that can be easily lost.
Also, since there are four bridge sizes and more people are now using the product in different bathrooms, an extra applicator would be useful.

I think it was Okey, but it felt just like the menthol who was doning this good breath. And the price was quite high for just one flask and one pack of chocolate.

I purchase this to help with my breathing, I have COPD and sometimes it can be rough going. I used this and it was very intense to say the least, but once you got past the first few minutes it did help me breath better. I have used it several times and it really does help, but I wish it wasn't so intense at the beginning.
I don’t know why I bought this stuff, it’s not bad but I don’t actually need it for anything.
