I purchase this to help with my breathing, I have COPD and sometimes it can be rough going. I used this and it was very intense to say the least, but once you got past the first few minutes it did help me breath better. I have used it several times and it really does help, but I wish it wasn't so intense at the beginning.
I don’t know why I bought this stuff, it’s not bad but I don’t actually need it for anything.

I have tried taking them in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night, always in the recommended dose, but apart from the freshness in the mouth they give, I haven’t noticed anything different.

I find ARK drops interesting. Strong and certainly wakes one up and opens the airways. But going as far as focus… I’m not sure it helps with anything other than opening the airways.

As I tried Ark Drops on my own and using everyday dose of 0.5ml, it gives freshness and some kind of instant boost, however it doesn’t last long and effect is more instant than lasting.Generally, not a bad product
