I use the melts energy & focus, they work fine. It gives me a fresh breath. Over time they will change colour a bit, but it works the same.

I have been looking for a good breathing support for a while now. I was surprised with the quality of this product from ARK but I must say I'm still struggling to find the exact right setup for sleeping. The instruction and the manuals could be slightly better but they are okay. I will continue with this product.
I’m not a coffee or energy drink person at all. I’ve always wanted that extra boost of energy, especially through Canada’s long winters when I’m constantly tired, but caffeine tends to give me terrible jitters and anxiety, so I’ve always avoided it.

Within 5–10 minutes, I feel a noticeable burst of energy and motivation. I become faster, more productive, and actually WANT to get things done. But what impresses me most is that when the effect wears off, I don’t get that horrible drained/crash feeling I associate with caffeine.
The focus is the best part of it. I’ve always joked that my brain has a little undiagnosed ADHD energy because I get distracted by absolutely everything around me, but with the Melts, I can actually LOCK IN for hours. I’m very in tune with how my body feels, and I’ve tried other “natural focus” supplements like lion’s mane but it has absolutely done nothing for me.
