I’m not a coffee or energy drink person at all. I’ve always wanted that extra boost of energy, especially through Canada’s long winters when I’m constantly tired, but caffeine tends to give me terrible jitters and anxiety, so I’ve always avoided it.
I came across Ark of Sweden in a Reel and the reactions looked too authentic to be staged. I took a chance and ordered the ARK LEMON DROPS and ARK MELTS I’m beyond grateful I did, especially for the Melts.
Within 5–10 minutes, I feel a noticeable burst of energy and motivation. I become faster, more productive, and actually WANT to get things done. But what impresses me most is that when the effect wears off, I don’t get that horrible drained/crash feeling I associate with caffeine.
The focus is the best part of it. I’ve always joked that my brain has a little undiagnosed ADHD energy because I get distracted by absolutely everything around me, but with the Melts, I can actually LOCK IN for hours. I’m very in tune with how my body feels, and I’ve tried other “natural focus” supplements like lion’s mane but it has absolutely done nothing for me.
I’d go as far as to say it even seems to spark my creativity and get my brain flowing.
In my experience, the only thing I’d caution is to be mindful of your dose and what time you take it, because you might find yourself wide awake at night if you take it later in the day.
I’ve already recommended ARK to everyone I know. I genuinely hope this brand gets the recognition it deserves because I can’t remember the last time I was this impressed by a product.
